"I placed an order on SkyMint..."
I placed an order on SkyMint because it looked like my store had a few things in stock. When I got there, though, about half of it apparently wasn’t available, even though I’m sure the site was still showing it like it was.
The staff was nice enough, so I don’t think it was their fault, but it still felt like a wasted trip. If the inventory isn’t being updated correctly, online ordering doesn’t really help much. I’m not totally sure what the issue is, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me
"Fast pickup, zero hassle"
I just used pickup there recently, so it’s fresh in my mind, and it went really smoothly. I checked in, got my order right away, and was back out in just a few minutes. No delays, no confusion, nothing awkward. Based on this last visit, I’d definitely use pickup again.

I placed my order last week and expected it to arrive within a few days, but it never showed up. After waiting and checking for updates, I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help and didn’t really give me a clear answer. By the end of the week, I was still without my order and frustrated with the whole experience.

"I’ve ordered from skymint.com a few times now..."
I’ve ordered from skymint.com a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The flower has been fresh and not all dried out, which I really appreciate (nothing worse than crumbly flower). The smell and taste were both solid, and the edibles were consistent too (always a plus). I’m giving it 4 stars only because one item felt a little expensive for what it was, but no major complaints. I’d order again.
"Freshness was a little uncertain"
I ordered from skymint.com and, it was okay overall. One of the items seemed fresh, but the other one was kind of dry, like maybe it had been sitting around for a bit. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just expected a little more for the price. I might give them another shot, but I’m not totally sure yet.

"Pretty chill spot, just a tiny wait"
I liked the vibe of the store right away. It felt chill, not too loud, and you don’t feel packed in or rushed. The lighting was nice, everything looked clean, and the staff seemed relaxed too. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the wait near the counter felt a little awkward, like you’re not totally sure where to stand.

I had to wait a really long time to hear back from customer service (which was frustrating), and when they finally responded, they didn’t really solve my issue. Overall, not the most helpful experience.

"I had an issue with my order, and..."
I had an issue with my order, and it basically got passed around like nobody wanted to deal with it. Support was slow to reply at first, then they just vanished completely. Huge shoutout to the “disappearing help desk” for making a simple problem way more annoying than it needed to be. Frustrating, and I definitely won’t be using them again...

"Quick visit when I really didn’t have the energy to wait"
I went in fully expecting to sit around forever, and I was already kind of tired of dealing with appointments and waiting rooms. But I checked in and got called back within just a few minutes, which was a relief.
There were a few people ahead of me, but things still moved along fast. The staff didn’t make me feel rushed either, which I appreciated since I was already worn out from the whole process. Easy visit overall, and I got out way sooner than I expected.

"The prices felt high for what..."
The prices felt high for what was being offered. Maybe it makes sense if there’s a specific deal you’re after or you really need the item right away, but for me, the discounts didn’t feel good enough to justify it.

I gave it a try, but the location ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. It felt far out of the way, and after making the trip, I didn’t really feel like it was worth the time or effort.

"I’ve had a good experience with the SkyMint..."
I’ve had a good experience with the SkyMint loyalty program overall. The points build up quickly if you shop there regularly, and I’ve definitely saved some money because of it. My main gripe is that the communication around promos isn’t always clear. Sometimes I’m standing there trying to figure out what deals can be combined and what can’t, and it gets a little annoying. Still, the rewards are good enough that I’d give it 4 stars.

In my experience, the prices are usually reasonable, which is why I keep coming back. Not every visit has amazing deals, but more often than not I can find something that feels affordable and worth picking up

"I had a smooth time paying on..."
I had a smooth time paying on SkyMint, the options were easy to see before I checked out and using my debit card was simple enough, I just didn’t love the little extra fee they add on because it feels kind of annoying even though it wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything. It would be nice if they added a few more payment options too, but overall it worked fine and I didn’t really run into any problems

I stopped in with a few questions and the staff were helpful overall. They seemed to know enough to point me in the right direction, though the experience was a little mixed depending on who I talked to. Not bad, just not totally consistent

"Packaging was crushed after a long wait"
I waited in the queue for way too long just to pick this up, and then the box ended up being smashed and leaking. Frustrating experience overall.

I went on skymint.com expecting to browse a decent selection, but there just wasn’t much there. I have a clear standard for what I like to buy, and a lot of the products I usually look for were missing or had only one random option available.
The whole menu felt kind of picked over, like it was only half stocked. Maybe it depends on the location, but based on what I saw, it wasn’t really worth the time for me.

My order did get here and everything was okay, but yeah the delivery was slower than I expected. The tracking wasn’t super helpful either, kinda hard to tell what was actually going on. Not the worst experience or anything, just a bit annoying waiting around for it...
